Got the bike a week ago, already put 100 miles on it and I love it, freego support team was quick and helpful along the way during shipping. Assembly was pretty straight forward, the instructions could be a bit more detailed for installing some of the smaller stuff. I get tons of compliments on it and haven¡¯t had any issues with people while riding it on sidewalks and bike paths! highly recommend the Nova 4, no problem getting up to 45mph! the front and rear suspension is adjustable which is awesome too. I think my brakes are still wearing in, I would like to have more braking power in the rear. all in all 5 stars.

My son loves this bike. We¡¯ve bought 3 before this one and none has as smoothe a ride. The speed and torque are great for getting places quick and having fun off road too. The excellent shocks make it great on or off road. This one is a keeper!

nova 4 feels different from the hub motor bikes I¡¯ve tried. power comes in smooth, not jerky, but it still moves when you ask it to. been really fun so far.

I¡¯ve taken the Nova 4 on a few dirt paths and some rough grass areas near my property. It handles bumps better than I expected and the tires feel pretty confident on loose ground. The bike has enough speed for me without feeling like I need to be a pro rider. Charging takes a while, but that¡¯s expected with this kind of battery. Overall it¡¯s been a really solid ride.

this thing has some size to it. not crazy huge, but definitely not something I¡¯d call light. once you¡¯re riding it though, it feels stable and planted. I like the eco mode for cruising and then sport mode when I have more open space. brakes feel strong too. 4 stars because moving it around by hand is a little annoying.

The bike is very powerful and fast I have a lot of fun riding it the only downside is that my breaks came very squeaky but other than that the bike is great
