At FRGOBIKES, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your electric bike, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in new or unused condition
- The item must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or heavily ridden electric bikes
- Damaged items caused by misuse or accidents
- Items missing parts or original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your electric bike arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different model, please return your item and place a new order.
