At FRGOBIKES, we are committed to delivering your electric bike safely and efficiently across the United States. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
  • Any free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status at any time.

5. Shipping Area

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes for large electric bikes requiring special handling.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos of the issue.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
