DO YOU OFFER FREE U.S. SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Except for bikes marked as pre-sale, all other models are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

We offer a 14-day return window for bikes that are unused and still in their original packaging.
WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
All Freego e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty on the frame.
CAN I RIDE THE BIKE IN THE RAIN? ARE THEY WATERPROOF?
Our e-bikes are water-resistant, so they can handle light rain and wet roads. However, they are not fully waterproof, so avoid riding in heavy rain or submerging any components.
